Notes and Cancellation Policies

  • We require a deposit to secure your reservation

  • Your safety, comfort and a great experience is paramount to us.  All itineraries are subject to cancellation or modification due to adverse weather conditions.  In cases of cancellation, we will work with you to reschedule or fully refund your booking.  Please refer to our FAQs for additional information.

  • In case you must cancel your reservation, please provide us with 24 hours notice to receive a full refund.  Less than 24 hours notice of a cancellation may be subject to forfeiting the deposit
